FiveM Asset Purchase Agreement
By purchasing an asset, you fully agree to the following terms:
1. Payment and Validity Conditions
- No refund will be issued if the purchase is not made through the official Tebex platform.
- No refund will be granted if the purchased asset is not registered on Keymaster.
2. Post-Purchase Support
- Technical support is available for 72 hours following the asset purchase.
- After this period, support is not guaranteed, except in special cases to be discussed via a Discord ticket.
3. Asset Transfer Following a Banned Account
- Proof of purchase (Tebex ID) and proof of the account ban must be provided.
- If all conditions are met, the asset may be transferred to a new account.
4. Before Purchasing
- To avoid any misunderstanding, it is strongly recommended to open a ticket on Discord for any questions or clarifications before purchasing.

5. Refund Policy
- A refund may be granted only if the asset does not function as intended and only after the support team has attempted to resolve the issue without success.
- No refund will be issued if the asset is confirmed to be functional on the buyer’s server or environment.
- No refund will be granted if the issue is caused by FiveM / CFX encryption, Keymaster limitations, server configuration, or any external system beyond our control.
